Level2Cost (https://level2cost.xyz) is an unofficial US Level 2 / home EVSE cost calculator. This policy explains what we collect and what we do not.
What we do not collect
- We do not require an account or login.
- Calculator inputs (hardware, installation, electricity rate, pack size, efficiency, miles) are processed in your browser for the estimate. We do not need those values on a server to run the core calculator.
- We do not sell personal information.
What we may collect
- Standard server or CDN logs (IP, user agent, referrer, pages requested) via our host (Cloudflare / Cloudflare Pages) for security and reliability.
- If we enable Google AdSense or similar ads later, the ad partner may use cookies or similar tech as described in their policies. We will update this page when ads go live.
- Aggregate analytics if we add a tag later — disclosed here when enabled.
Cookies
Essential cookies may be set by Cloudflare for security. Advertising cookies only if/when AdSense or similar is enabled.
Third parties
- Hosting/CDN: Cloudflare
- Optional ads: Google AdSense (when enabled)
- We are not affiliated with Tesla, any EVSE manufacturer, utility, or electrician marketplace.
